When we’re on our deathbeds at 102 we will have been bestfriends for 92% of our existence. How lucky am I to have been given a soulmate in the form of a bestfriend. I love you for your bravery, your ridiculous antics, your volcano of emotions, your terrible driving skills, your empathy for others, your insane work ethic, your drive and pursuit of the extraordinary. I love you for your creativity, your ability to admit your faults, your will to change, your love for God, your knack for setting me straight. I love you for your selflessness, your black bean spaghetti, for always making me look damn good and for sticking by my side for the past 20 years. I quite literally would not be who or where I am today without you. I hate that we’re currently experiencing the longest time apart since that one time in high school which shall not be spoken about.
