my friend had never seen a shooting star (born and bred in the city)...so for his birthday, @singita_ helped me surprise him with a stargazing experience. they set out a giant blanket, worlds comfiest pillows, WINE, and this mega telescope. we laid by ourselves (a bit daunting with the sound of hyena laughter in the not-so-far distance) and watched the galaxy above sparkle in ways i didn’t know was possible. it was the most romantic/special/enchanting moment of my life.
