Coping in #Quarantine: Is it a crime to wear jeans right now?

I genuinely look forward to putting real pants on or styling an #ootd because if I don’t, I feel sick and tired.

I love comfort, but I also like pushing past it, knowing that it benefits my #mentalhealth. Transitions are missing when stuck in the same environment 24/7

Creating a daily routine with transitions helps my brain understand what time it is and what it needs, like sleep, food, etc.

I’ll jump back into sweatpants at the end of the evening once my tasks are done and it’s time to be a lazy turtle again.

But in the meantime, I’m playing dress up, creating a new version of me and trying to have fun, even when it seems impossible. I’ve challenged myself with small daily goals, and even if I don’t accomplish them, I still look forward to doing them.

Music helps, a lot. I’ve been playing energetic and happy music in the morning that makes me want to move and dance, then more chill beats for concentrating on work or chilling. If I can’t get motivated to workout, I play something I wanna dance to!
