It allows me to do everything from easy aerobic to max Vo2. The turbo I bought just wasn’t good enough, it was uncomfy, needed adjustment, couldn’t handle high levels of power and was way to noisy. Since then I’ve upgraded to the @sarisofficial H3 and can now get over 1500w. 😏 (it goes upto 2000w!!) It’s a crazy piece of kit and well worth the investment!
