I’ve been really trying to make sure India maintains her brushing routine throughout all of this (take a look at my previous IGTV for some tips), even though she’s been really enjoying playing in the garden and eating those choccies over Easter (I definitely did!), we’re still making sure her brushing routine is in full flow! Something which works quite well is getting India to brush MY teeth. It teaches her that adults have to do it too, and that she’s helping mummy! Establishing the habit of brushing twice a day is so important, and @aquafreshuk have this brilliant app which essentially keeps your child engaged for the full 2 minutes of brushing, by using various characters, animations and videos!
