I have shared video (which turned out very bad quality), and here are some main points what I wanted to point out: .  0. Everything you do, is better than nothing. It will reflect, when you will go on the rocks or climbing wall again. You might not be pure stronger specifics climbing, (or maybe even), but you can do so, you will be stronger and more whole as an athlete and overall better. .  To achieve this, follow 👉 .  1. goals . *long term; keep in mind what you want to do after and why you do what it. It will make your workout easier to start, more quality and enjoyable. . *short term; set up personal weekly challenges,  or follow 'daily desire to-do lists' (described in one of the previous posts). .  2. process . *choose one (!) plan and stick to it; . (do not change it, try to do all the workouts you find out at social feed or try to squeeze 3 sessions in one day (if this is not on your plan). ➡️ mix-up all different plans is also a good way you will not come ,far' as you will be travelling without direction and also a good way to get injured. if you like (🤷‍♀️). .  3. motivation . *on days, you feel good; go all in, but do not 'over-do' it; next days you may feel less motivated, maybe even not workout at all. ➡️ it can result with less overall work at the end in best way or injury at worst. . *when you do not feel to workout, just start. Keep in mind, that good and quality (power/hang) session can and should be done shortly. Just start, even when you don't really feel too; (it will be finished soon). .  4. facilities* if you don't have/own climbing facilities you can do smooth.; work on flexibility, body weight exercises, core or lower body strength -> it can bring you to the next level of climbing. 🤸‍♀️ .  5. keep healthy, motivated and stay strong! 👊 .
