Ice Shaker (a jam jar - wash it first!) Sams Simple Syrup. If you can, 1 cup of sugar and one cup of water in a pan. Heat to boiling and sugar dissolves, then simmer on low heat 10min. Leave to cool and bottle. If not, cup sugar (125g). Pour hot water from kettle into cup. Stir/Dissolve then let it cool. 4 fingers whisky (large shot) 2 fingers syrup (half shot) 1 finger lemon juice (quarter shot) Egg white Than shake! Strain in iced glass. Top with red wine float.
