We’ve got some pretty cool members who’ve amped up the #homecooking meal game. Here’s some #kidfriendly, #microwavable recipe inspiration from one of our chefs, @julzfoodstyling bringing a fresh, inspired take to quarantine breakfasts 😙👌 scroll ⬇️ for recipe & cooking details.

JOHNSONVILLE BREAKFAST CUPS
✔️Johnsonville Fully Cooked Original or Maple Breakfast Links, sliced
✔️Toppings: Peppers, green onions, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, asparagus, chives, red onion, or other favorite toppings
✔️Eggs, beaten
✔️Salt and Pepper
✔️4 ounce jelly jars

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place favorite toppings in a muffin pan.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
3. Beat eggs and store covered in refrigerator for no more than 2 days. OR assemble jars and store covered in refrigerator for no more than 2 days. NOTE: Prepared and refrigerated breakfast cups may take a few seconds longer to microwave.

TO ASSEMBLE:
1. Spray jars with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Add toppings and enough eggs to reach the bottom ring on the top of the jar.
3. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.
4. Microwave an additional 15 seconds or until set.
5. ENJOY!

“Parents can put kids favorite toppings in each cup of a muffin tin and store in the refrigerator. Eggs can be beaten in a pitcher or pyrex measuring cup to make easy to pour.
