@savoirflair based out of #Dubai asked me ...what I have learnt during this #quarentine !! In short.... I’ve still felt quite creative and inspired. But there are times where I loose concentration ...just stare into space and hit a motivational road block.
For those moments I have created a routine of stopping what I’m doing and taking 60seconds out of my head and I whack on some @Weleda #seabuckthorn #handcream ‼️
I give myself permission to relax, relieve any pressure and to clear my mind of any self inflicted anxiety.
Creating #selfcare routines for these uncomfortable episodes has really helped me take things in my stride. The massage is calming and I always feel better when I look down at my hands and they look good. So it’s a win win!!
