I’ll admit, it feels very strange to post pictures of myself during this time. When we did this sitting, it was the beginning of March, in my hometown of NY. I had just returned from Europe wherein I had left Italy the day before it shut down, and my few days in Paris were still in the in between of the unknown. The vibe on set was met with trepidation and a tinge of fear, COVID hadn’t taken the world on a dramatic turn yet and little was known. Since that time, we have all been dealing with the extreme change in life as we knew it. The days feel surreal and emotions can be just as unpredictable. On the flip side, I’ve never felt more close to my loved ones, my friends and community. I feel immense gratitude and appreciation for all of our heroes on the front lines and our essential workers. I feel a sense of hope in our resilience and that which will unite us towards positive change. I might sound like a dreamer or unrealistic but I’m not the only one.
