I know people are trying to reconfigure their workout regimen or realizing that they need to start getting their exercise on during this time. Most are limited in equipment and I thought that I’d put together a video of some creative ways to use items you have at home to help get your lift on. I figured that our suitcases, backpacks etc...are collecting dust so might as well get some good use out of them. Below is the workout but you can customize it to fit your comfort level.
Do 3-5 sets of this circuit workout -20 reps x Push-ups
-5-10 reps x Suitcase Jumps
-10 reps x Vinegar Jug Back Lunge-Overhead Press
-10 reps x Duffel bag Back Rows
-10 reps x Backpack Squat - Shoulder Press
Rest 45-60 seconds and then do it again!
Remember that your form should influence your weights and not the other way around. Always practice good form! Stay healthy!
