The @dawoods89 masterpiece Hypnotised Minds hadn't seen a repeat in 6 years since it had been established as one of the world's hardest boulder problems. That is, until @gelmanovrustam came along! A crew of us had decided we were going to spend a couple of weeks climbing in RMNP after Vail, and I was surprised when Rustam said he was up for it1 (I guess I always regarded him as more of a solitary climber). On the first day a bunch of the crew jumped on Bear Toss, and Rustam decided he wanted to try Hypnotised Minds. It quickly became apparent that he should be able to do it, time and conditions allowing! It was the middle of summer, hot and humid. Rustam's third day on it was the last day of the trip for him, so he needed to get it done, or come back again another time. Resting all day, Rustam waited until around 8pm then decided to go for it. First try, no warm up, he fell on the last move of the crux (for him). After resting 30 minutes he pulled back on and blasted it!
