I’m learning more and more the importance of art for the sake of expression and how intensely liberating it is to create anything when cut free from the weight of some need to “succeed”. the process of writing more music and actually giving it a channel to swim down has been totally new and exciting and whilst I hope it brings something living to the ears of those who hear it, it doesn’t really matter whether anyone likes it or not. and that’s foreign terrain for me.
