Breakfast for Dinner.
Eggs with Brussel Sprouts & Mushrooms
RECIPE
In a pan
- Sauté till soft and translucent Shallots & Garlic in Avocado Oil
- Add shaved Brussel Sprouts & Shiitake Mushrooms & sauté for about 4 min
- Salt, Pepper & Italian Parsley

In a second pan
- Mix in a bowl eggs, salt and pepper and I like to cook it
as a hard-scramble (it just means mix egg yolk and white and
cooking them thru with no runny parts!) Optional…. add shaved parmesan cheese at the end before serving.
