He had a string of seizures yesterday morning from which he was never able to fully recover. We decided to do what was best for him and give him eternal peace. He wasn’t in any pain and we were by his side until the very end.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣We spent some time mourning the loss of our little-four legged family member over the past 24 hours. There’s a vast emptiness that is now present where it was once filled with his love, happiness, and catfish whiskers. We miss him terribly.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Even though this is a sad time, Hamlin wouldn’t want it to be this way. We’re trying our best to celebrate his life, as he’s lived an extraordinary one. He brought joy to us all, which we hope lives on in all of our hearts. Doggie heaven has a new road cone officer riding on a waffle-shaped cloud.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣If Hamlin was still here with us, he would give a big THANK YOU for all your comments, personal DMs, and love, as it’s been a long and fun journey being with you over these past 7.5 years. 🤘⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣For those who have personally met Hamlin at one of life’s many intersections, we, as his parents, are glad to have met you outside of IG.
