For those of you who watched my Vision Board video, I mentioned how I wanted to become more flexible.
I’ve never been able to do the side splits, but I made a commitment to do it. I stretched for a few minutes a day.. some days 5 minutes other days 45 minutes. Consistency is key. I want to continue to stretch, stay flexible. Yes, it sucks at the beginning but it gets better. I’ve noticed it centers me, my body feels good and I’m sleeping better...I’m proud of myself.. it might be a little achievement to some but to me, it’s still an achievement.
