I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t bummed on tour being postponed. Some days have been better than others, but it’s been important for me to stay focused on the positive. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been utilizing an app called “The 5-Minute Journal” which I use first thing in the morning & the last thing I do before bed. Basically, you make a list everyday of what you’re grateful for, and this morning I listed I was grateful for my band & our family (being you guys). Now more than ever, and specifically on a day like this where I was scheduled to be hitting the road, it’s important to express gratitude & love to the people around us. It’s as simple as taking 5 minutes to FaceTime a friend, putting it in a social post like this one, & just being kind. We need it now more than ever before. So, I just wanted to say that I love you guys, I appreciate you whole-heartedly, & I hope you’re all doing well through this craziness.
