In reality, today, I did my IG Live on @daniellepeazermethod and put my sweats back on as soon as I’d finished 🙌🏼⁣ ⁣ If you’re feeling a little deflated at the moment and want to sit and watch Netflix all day, that’s ok. You shouldn’t feel pressurised into being productive and doing 400 IG lives whilst baking a new recipe everyday and learning a new language. But, if you want to do all of those things I just mentioned then that’s also ok.
