-Within the next 24 hours, California will issue guidelines on WHEN and WHEN NOT to wear masks in public. -CA creating new hotline that will help give seniors guidance and resources. -Deaths accelerating much faster in New York than they are in California and Washington state. -Governor Newsom announcing the newly formed ‘California Health Core’ which aims to  boost the number of medical personnel by 37,000. -LA Mayor Garcetti  suspends farmers markets- markets will have to submit a social distancing plan to remain open. -LA County nursing homes see a spike in coronavirus outbreaks- quadrupling since Friday.
