Here's little bum blast I filmed a while back that you can do anywhere, anytime!. Zero equipment needed, and believe me, it BURNS! The key is to make sure your foot never touches the floor for the whole time. Here's the exercises (30 seconds for each)⁠
Here's the exercises:⁠

- Bent knees hold⁠
- Bent knees up & down⁠
- Bent knee forward and back ⁠
- Straight leg up & down⁠
- Straight leg angled back, up & down⁠
- Straight leg in front, small circles⁠
- Bent knee up & down⁠
- Lying down donkey kicks⁠

REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE⁠
