Here’s my quarantine fitness routine so far: -
-15 mins: Morning Yoga (I usually go to Youtube for online yoga sessions)
-20 mins: HITT workout (Youtube!)
-3 km: Treadmill Run
-10-20 mins: Yoga (Youtube)
I’m really enjoying these 10 min Yoga videos! They’re quick and target specific areas I wanna stretch! Think I’m keeping this habit even after the quarantine.
