-Pulse donkey kick -Clams (alternate side)
-Lifted heel clams -Heel toe clams
-Knee to kick back -Alternating Backwards lunges
-Alternating curtsy lunges. -Lateral lunge to knee lift
-Other side
-Squat
-Squat pulses -Alternating lunch jumps -Lateral lunch jumps
-Squat touches
-Squat jumps
