#JLGETFITCHALLENGE 💪✅ ¡Hola a todos! Durante la cuarentena en casa es importante aprovechar el tiempo al máximo. Yo me he propuesto conseguir estar mas en forma que antes del Covid-19 y que mis progresos resulten evidentes.
Quiero desafiaros a que hagais lo mismo. Al reto lo voy a llamar #JLgetfitchallenge. Para participar es muy fácil.

1- Cada jueves hay que subir dos fotos en una misma imagen, a la izquierda la foto de inicio del desafío mas la fecha y a la derecha vuestra ultima foto más la fecha etiquetando mi perfil @ホルヘ・ロレンソ , a un amigo que quieras se apunte y añadir el hashtag #JLgetfitchallenge

2- A poder ser también una segunda imagen mostrando vuestro peso en la báscula.
Cada semana iré publicando en mis IGstories los mejores cambios en mi perfil. Hoy mismo podéis empezar publicando vuestra primera foto incluyendo la fecha y el hastag #jlgetfitchallenge como acabo de hacer yo mismo.
Al final de este confinamiento el cambio más espectacular sera el ganador de este challenge y de un casco @shark_helmets réplica JL 2020. ¡Ánimo a todos y a por el challenge! 🔥 -

#JLGETFITCHALLENGE 💪✅ Hello everyone! During home quarantine it is important not to waste our time. I have proposed myself to get fitter than before the Covid-19 and make my progress evident.

I want to challenge you to do the same. I'm going to call it #JLgetfitchallenge. To participate is very easy.

1- Every Thursday you have to upload two photos in the same image, on the left the photo of the start of the challenge plus the date and on the right your last photo plus the date tagging my profile @ホルヘ・ロレンソ, and a friend that you want to join us and add also the hashtag #JLgetfitchallenge

2- If you can also upload a second image showing your weight on the scale.

Every week I will be publishing in my IGstories the best changes in my profile. Today you can start publishing your first photo including the date and the hastag #jlgetfitchallenge as I just did in my profile.
