“When I dance, I feel all my emotions on a bigger scale,” says 16-year-old dancer and choreographer Bailey Sok (@baileysok), who started training at 3 years old.⁣⁣

“Depending on what my life looks or feels like at the moment, dance allows me to express those feelings into movements,” she explains. “Whether I’m happy, mad or sad, dance gives me a chance to really express all my emotions and to let go.” ⁣
