サマー・レイさんのインスタグラム写真 - (サマー・レイInstagram)「I’m haven’t been ok but that’s ok. I haven’t been this past week because of obvious reasons we are all going through. But before that, early February, I was having a tough time. I don’t talk about it on here & not to a lot of people I know. Though Instagram may lead you to think I’m the opposite, I’m actually a very private person. But not being ok is ok because I did things about it. Working on myself. Started reading books & studying ways to help me learn more about myself. And WOW have I ever learned more about myself than any other period of my life! The last 2 weeks of February & the first week of March I learned so much & grew so so much as a woman. Understanding why we are how we are & wanting to better ourselves should always be a priority. But a lot of the time it’s not. Started gaining momentum in NYC & seeing this amazing space I was entering then....well we all know what happened. On top of the massive uncertainty & anxiety that the Corona Virus brought I had something personal happen as well. So everything at the same time, isn’t that how it always is? It’s moments like that, when it’s ALL happening all at once, that you know you are on the brink of breakthrough. A life changing breakthrough! When everything is out of control & out of your control to where you KNOW that it is close. Breakthrough. New beginnings. Something big. You look for the lesson in the madness because it’s so mad that there has to be a bigger picture. — Long post but I just wanted you to know incase no one has told you this recently: it’s OK to not be ok. It’s normal. Your feelings are validated. Something is on the other side. Working on yourself should be your #1 priority. We all have a little more time on our hands now a days to do that. 📷 @whatischristie」3月22日 5時17分 - daniellemoinet
