It’s my green sauce, more properly known as Coriander and Jalapeño Salsa‬. It’s not dissimilar to an Indian chutney, except that it has oil in it. Use any chillies, except the teeny tiny fiery bird’s eye chillies, in place of jalapeños if needed, and dip (no double-dipping, mind!) tortilla chips or raw vegetables in it, or splodge it on anything you eat.
