I’m no doctor, but I’ve lived a pretty uncomfortable life, and a lot of those lessons I learned along the way are applicable to the current situation. • Lesson 1: KEEP A SENSE OF HUMOR. Studies by smarter people than me have proven the short and long term medical benefits of it. It also helps with your mental state. • Lesson 2: STAY BUSY. It’s easy to go stir crazy. Sitting on a couch watching Netflix will only last so long. Read a book to occupy your mind. Learn new skills. We all suddenly have the time now to do things we’ve talked about getting done. • I’ve been mentioning it in my stories, but I’m currently doing an Instagram takeover for @captureonepro and the current situation isn’t something any of us anticipated. This isn’t an ad, I’ve been doing it for free. They offer a free trial of their photo editing software for 30 days. If you use Lightroom, it’s a great time to learn something new.
