It’s hard to stay motivated to do things that make you feel good when it’s all too easy to zone out and be on your phone way too much 🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess this is my weekly “let’s be REAL” check-in 😂 But let’s try our best to use this time to reconnect with ourselves and our loved ones (safely 😬) and do things that fill us up, emotionally, spiritually, etc. do ur nails! do a workout at home! read a book!! Please know that I love you all and I’m praying for you!!!! I’m sure a lot of you are having a hard time adjusting. But tell me!!! how are you guys feeling??
