When Patrick and Lori Soos of Buffalo, NY, were visiting family in Italy, their luggage was stolen, with the keys to their #LexusGX inside. Unfortunately, the Sooses had driven their GX to the airport in Toronto, and now wondered how they’d get home to Buffalo, 90 miles away. They called David DiPasquale at Northtown Lexus near Buffalo and explained their situation. He said, “Don’t worry about it.
