today we officially started working on our second book. this is not about business, money and all these shit.
to make money, I've be working with advertising in recent years and it has only been possible because I never stopped working with Jimmy, working with art.
I love art, because art and love are the same thing for me: the process of seeing myself in things that are not me.
Being an artist means forever healing my own wounds and the same time endlessly exposing them.
I learned in a very early age, if you can't stop thinking about it don't stop working for it. The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your vision, your story. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live only as you can. And may you attract someone who speaks your language so you don't have to spend a lifetime translating your soul.

hoje começamos oficialmente a trabalhar no nosso segundo livro. não se trata de negócios, dinheiro e essa porra toda. para ganhar dinheiro, tenho trabalhado com publicidade nos últimos anos e isso só foi possível porque nunca parei de trabalhar com Jimmy, nunca parei de fazer arte. Eu amo arte, porque arte e amor são a mesma coisa para mim: é o processo de me ver em coisas que não sou eu. Ser artista significa para sempre curar minhas próprias feridas e ao mesmo tempo expor elas infinitamente. Aprendi muito cedo que, se você não consegue parar de pensar em alguma coisa, não pare de trabalhar por ela. A única coisa que você tem que mais ninguém tem é você. Sua voz, seus pensamentos, sua visão, sua história. Então, escreva, desenhe, construa, toque, dance e viva apenas como puder e talvez voce atraia alguém que fale seu idioma, para que não precise passar a vida inteira tentando traduzir sua alma.
