The cake 30 day challenge was a great motivator for myself and everyone who did it with me! We held eachother accountable and it was a huge support system across the world... so proud of everyone!! I lost 6 pounds of fat, maintained muscle and leaned out more. While eating Whole Food plant based diet! Lots of veggies, greens, tofu and apples and berries. I didn’t have any cravings because I allowed myself those fruits to keep me satisfied! This was easy to maintain and I’ll keep going with it! Daily workouts/weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ cardio as well. Feels great!
