I was lucky enough to attend their retreat last weekend. I had a feeling they would equal parts kick my ass and heal me at the same time, but I never understood how transformative this would be for me. Life moves so quickly and I have always been great at shoving things under the rug, putting a mask over it and moving along. This past weekend I was able to take a look inward with the help of these girls and their guidance to understand past childhood traumas and deep resentment that I held which I then unfairly brought into certain aspects of life and relationship. Looking inward is NOT easy, but by doing so, we are able to heal- or as the girls say, “feel it to reveal it to heal it.” I did just that and could not recommend more looking into going to one of their workshops if you feel called to. I promise, you will not regret this. I’m only sharing because something significant shifted in my life after this retreat and I’d like to pass along the love.
