@the_robertevans #Producer and #BobTowne #Writer of #Chinatown @hilhavenlodge Sometimes I have to pinch myself to have had the opportunity to spend so much time with some of the most talented filmmakers in the world, the giants of our business. #BobEvans was the best mentor I could of ever had in this life and business. Best taste of anyone I ever met and not just for films and storytelling but for everything. Bob would read my scripts and help me decide if I should direct them....He would watch the directors cut of my films and give me notes never pulling any punches and probably helped me with some of the most important decisions I had to make in my life. I feel blessed and grateful that these men would mentor me and guide me through this crazy world I live in called #HOLLYWOOD No one has seen more ups and downs than #RobertEvans and there was no better screenwriter ever than #RobertTowne The fact that they were always spending time with me at my home and treated me as a friend and equal was the reason I had the inspiration and confidence to win!
