Thanks so much to everyone who sent through workouts for me after seeing me STRUGGLE through @syd_journey's challenge hahah. You ladies work so hard to do my #BBG workouts EVERYDAY, so it's only right I do some of yours! This time my workout has been sent through from #BBGcommunity member @samhatesburpees … so OF COURSE she has put burpees in my workout. 😂
✅Burpee - 20 reps
✅Squat - 15 reps
✅Skipping - 2 mins
✅Jump Squat - 15 reps
✅Mountain Climber - 40 reps (20 each side)
Aim for 3 rounds!!
