I don’t come to London often .. but when I do, I buy one suitcase full of snacks & train with the @pumaperformance family / Anzeige 🤭#qualitytime .

The event was all about HIIT workouts and heart rates, because the new Zone XT shoe is especially designed for high-intensity training 💟 Starting at a „resting heart rate“ of 45 beats per minute, I had 3 minutes to speed my heart rate up till 163 bpm 😥 (Jump Squats and Burpees were my best friends 😂) .. this was the called the „uncomfortable zone“ - challenging the body, boosting endurance and increasing the metabolism. I’m pretty confident my YouTube workouts do just the same .. only for 10 minutes non stop haha!! 😌😅#pumaperformance #zoneXT
