How I stay healthy-
Eat clean whole food plant based, no processed foods or sugar, no alcohol, lift heavy in gym, stay up on plant based protein, get 7-8 hours of sleep, destress by sauna,hiking or meditation, learn nutrition daily so I can always stay on top of my health. Supplements are amazing as well! Lots of water and green tea! Self love and self care 🥰 .
