Erasing my under eye bags/creases (which I typically do in every single picture I post) & filling in the empty patches in my facial hair. Then realized that I was spending way to much of my time trying to make my face look a way that I believed the public wants (a society approved look), a way I don’t even look in person. Erasing insecurities of mine, that only I see & beat myself up about. You may see a professional photo, but as an imperfect human, I see all the imperfections that people or the industry have pointed out to me in the past. #ComparingKills #NoMore This is probably an annoying post to read, seeing me vent about something so small, but it was truly eye opening for me. I hope it makes you think a little about how we constantly try to fit in worldly standards & that it releases some of the pressure to post the perfect picture.
