I would have never imagined a little over a year later I’d be playing at the Pebble Beach @attproam in front of thousands of people and a national TV audience. I had no idea what to expect going down there, and it turned out to be one of the best weeks of my life. My partner @lantogriffin was cool as hell. Literally the best person to get paired with. Along with @kevin_kisner and @charleskelley I feel like we had the dream squad. They were all super patient with me as I smacked golf balls all around Pebble Beach, Spyglass and Monterey. In the practice rounds I played with @jasondayofficial (who helped correct the shannies). I was also joined by @djohnsonpga and @wayne.gretzky.99 during our practice rounds. Again, all super chill and supportive through my very novice skill set. I could write a small novel about the week, but the point is I had the time of my life. All the volunteers, staff behind the scenes and people in the gallery still saying nice things after I hit a 6 iron 40 yards on national television and then got interviewed directly after. It’s a humbling game. And I’m so glad I found it. Thank you Steve and everyone else who took me in and made me feel apart of the magic you’ve created at Pebble.
