This virtual care service, delivered through a FREE mobile app, helps B.C. residents take control of their health through a variety of features (including consults covered by MSP!). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s really cool is that I can look up my symptoms through an Artificial Intelligence(AI)-powered Symptom Checker, and if needed, book an online video consultation with a BC-licensed doctor, whether I’m at home or on the go. All of these notes will be recorded and can be sent to my GP for the next time I see him/her. The majority of British Columbians say increased access and options for after-hours care, including virtual care solutions and real-time video chats with a doctor, would help ease the burden of managing their family’s health.
