The generosity from my new home (the USA) overwhelmed me and moved me to tears. Each video shown was a knife to the heart, our country, our beautiful land has been utterly destroyed, millions of animals perished and lives were lost. It’s quite traumatizing to watch, and I can’t quite fully comprehend the magnitude of devastation. I also can’t imagine what our brave firefighters and volunteers have had to see and endure. A speech made from a chief firefighter made me proud to be an Australian. He said he’s never been shown so much kindness and hospitality before, he said our people welcomed them with open arms and it was incredible for the US to return the favor. Our countries help each other, band together and fight together! What we need now is tourism! Australia is still open for business 😎☀️🙏🏻 We need your dollars to rebuild these towns and put them in the pockets of the people left with nothing. So, take a trip to my beautiful country and enjoy the spoils of what I’ve always known. Love to all my US friends and fam who have helped Australia ❤️ You beauties!!!! #ProudAussie」1月27日 1時48分
