This is a lot of force every single jump, hundreds of jumps every week, on top of 20 years worth of jumping. Basically with every accumulative jump, my body and my joints get more and more squished. •  I've found it to be a massive benefit having a chiropractor in my support team to help keep my body feeling as young as possible and making sure each joint is healthy, supple and moving as it should. A joint slightly off in my neck = my balance is thrown off and training becomes more of a struggle. No chiropractic manipulation for a while = my ankle joint starts moving incorrectly and puts pressure on the non-weight bearing bone in my leg (I have had bony stress implications in the past which has taken me off the trampoline, so this is crucial). A good clicking session and I walk out feeling great! •  My Chiropractor @GarethllRhys goes above and beyond to make sure I can get treated when I'm training in Sheffield at my home club, and is one of the best practitioners I've come across in my decade of being a senior elite athlete.
