Without Latinx executives in Hollywood our stories keep getting rejected and not greenlit and festivals like sundance keep rejecting what few movies we can make! Its a vicious cycle of cultural apartheid! ‬ and this goes for museums, newspapers, appointed officials and the exclusion continues unchecked! ‪Until we can measure and count how many Latinx executives in ever corp and org, every Latinx employee and not get overlooked by their “person of color” quotas! ‬

We are the largest ethnic group in America after whites our absentia amounts to cultural apartheid!
