When I first visited, it was a blank canvas that allowed me to explore my vision for high end sport climbing. There are still a few things for me there and I’ve been coming back recently to spend some time on a route I bolted in 2012 called “Le Blond” in honor of the late #PatrickEdlinger . It was improbable to find a sequence through this blank section of rock and at least for me it seems barley possible, just at or a little beyond my limit. Some days there is progress and it feel quite possible and some days it’s quite the opposite. But it’s always good to be back at such a familiar place and throw down in this truly bad ass line.
