Not only in Paris but in the whole world... feels like chaos is just around the corner...It gets heavy and we feel like there’s something we need to protect ourselves from...The mind gets into fight or flight mode and then the heart and the body start closing more and more increasing the disconnection within and with others... Fear takes over and doubts and questions star fusing ... I feel it. I feel it just like you. And I want to tell you there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being scared. Being scared only means that you let yourself feel, that you’re being granted the opportunity to chose!!! Chose how you want to deal with this situations, with whatever that is making you doubt of yourself, of others, of the world. WE HAVE THE CHOICE!!! I chose to trust today. Until yesterday 3pm I didn’t know if this trip was goin to be possible. So many things pulling me away from what my soul and heart were longing for. Even as I write this, to be absolutely honest, there’s resistance because a part of me says that its too good to be true... THESE are the energies that we’re dealing with!!! Just be aware of it and know that this too shall pass my dear. Hang in there and go even deeper into your center, your heart knows what you gotta do. Sit silently and let your heart guide you.
