Let’s be real! Fitness is about physique! We do workout to feel good about our bodies and that’s not something you should apologize for! I used to be the girl that was afraid to lift weights and get bulky and now I love it! For women we have to do as much as we can, aging isn’t always pretty and osteoporosis is a REAL thing. Routinely lifting weights can slow bone deterioration down and build strength🙏🏼💪🏼
