#fbf pre race strides .
Last weekend I raced my first 600m in 6 years, my first indoor race in 3 years, and my 1st indoor race of my 2020 season. .
It was no PB race, but first races never are. I always want to be fast in EVERY.RACE. But that’s not reality. Nor is it smart. So I’m taking this as a line drawn in the sand. I can only get faster from here.
