Not much to say here. Australia’s bush fires are still raging . In total, more than 20 million acres have been burned down all across the country ( an area larger than Belgium and Denmark combined). An estimate of a BILLION animals have been wiped out including the country’s unique species of birds, reptiles, koalas and mammals. Thousands of houses have been destroyed and the smoke is spreading to the cities and affecting hundreds of thousands who are not in immediate danger from the fire. Firefighters and volunteers are working hard to keep it from spreading but they need the funds and support to keep fighting strong.
