2020 THICC challenge! Here's another lil sneak peek into your upcoming 8 week THICC challenge, starting JAN 27th! 😎⏳ if you're a bit like me, then you probably would have eaten a bit moooore than usual the last few weeks and also been training a lil bit less hehe oops 👀 not gonna lie, i may have lost some muscle gains... but it's okay to fall off because even iiiiiii do! No need to worry though cuz THICC CHALLENGE STARTS SOON!!! 👇🏽

THE THICC WORKOUT:
🍑 Deadlifts 4x10
🍑 Smith Machine Curtsy Squats 4x12 each leg
🍑 Hamstring Curls with Exercise Ball 4x10
🍑 Single Leg Deadlift 4x12 each leg
🍑 Goblet Squat 4x12
🍑 Donkey Kicks 4x10 each leg
🍑 DB Crab Walks 4x10 each way
