Many of us take this opportunity to reflect on a year that has just ended and gone by in a flash. What were your successes and failures? What are you looking forward to bringing into your life or what aspects are you wanting to develop in yourself further. It's an opportunity to take a few moments and look forward with a positive outlook to a new start. We like that!  We heard recently that we often over-estimate what we can achieve in a year and under-estimate what we can achieve in 10! The nice thing about a decade is there's plenty of time to build up slowly and not put unrealistic pressure or goals on yourself. Although when you're 91 this doesn't quite apply in the same way and Daphne is busy doing what she can while she can..... Talking of which leads us to this wonderful photo below.
