⚽ Ahead of this weekend’s @EmiratesFACup Third Round matches, we’re encouraging fans to ‘Take A Minute’ to start taking action to look after their mental health and that of their family and friends.
For the first time ever, all 32 FA Cup Third Round matches will be delayed by one minute ⏱ to focus on mental health as this special #HeadsUp film, narrated by The Duke of Cambridge and featuring a host of famous footballing faces, is played at stadiums across the country before kick-off.
The film marks a collaboration between Public Health England’s Every Mind Matters and the #HeadsUp campaign, who have teamed up to raise awareness of the simple actions we can all take to look after our mental health.
